Terms of Service
The rules for using the ScriptDP website and the ScriptDP Automation app. Last updated: 3 November 2026.
About these terms
These terms apply when you use the ScriptDP website or the ScriptDP Automation app (the “Service”), run by Durga Pratap. By signing up or using the Service you agree to them.
What the Service does
It connects your WhatsApp Business number, answers your customers’ messages with AI using the information you add, and shows all chats in an inbox for you and your staff.
Free trial and payment
The free trial lasts 7 days and needs no card. After that, paid plans apply at the price shown to you before you pay. Outside costs such as WhatsApp (Meta) charges are separate and are paid by you.
Your customers’ data is your responsibility
You are the owner of your customers’ data and we process it for you. You must tell your customers that their messages are handled by an automated system, and get their consent wherever the law requires it. You must only add information you have the right to use.
AI replies can be wrong
The AI answers only from the information you give, but it can still make mistakes. Check the replies in your inbox and keep your information correct. You are responsible for what is promised to your customers (prices, offers, timings).
What you must not do
Do not use the Service for spam, cheating, illegal goods or services, or to harass anyone. Follow WhatsApp’s Business and Commerce policies. We may pause an account that breaks these rules.
Availability
We work to keep the Service running, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. WhatsApp, Meta and AI providers are outside our control.
Limit of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales or indirect losses. Our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
Closing your account
You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your data (see the Privacy Policy). We can end an account that breaks these terms. Governing law: the laws of India.
